I have to make pea soup for about 60 people on the 29th of April. My soups are getting a reputation, although I would prefer to be making them for eight or so people at a time.

I am thinking of a cookbook, aimed at helping people make really good, nutritious meals using fresh ingredients, for low cost and without undue difficulty. I see a need for this kind of thing, but I'm not sure that the people who need it most would buy a cookbook.

It would take years, anyway...
