Subject: Postage - and scales ?

Canada has the 'Forever" postage stamp, I worry less about our postage rates changing before certain Canadian magazines get around to replying to my submissions.

But, I'm consdering whether it would be worth buying s small weight scale in order to determine the weight of U.S. submissions.

I don't use International Reply Coupons for short story subs to the U.S., since it is easy to buy U.S. postage online, but, not always easy to determine how much postage to use.

Now that Iv'e made that clear as mud, I'd better go.
