If your running for points, then moving up would be the obvious choice....as early as possible. Now that's a no brainer. As far as illegal....who DIDN'T protest for 3 weeks in a row?????????? Claoming and finding are 2 different things. And if you get right down to it, how many cars out there are really legal? Something will be found on almost every car, if you are looking hard enough.
