Subject: Biff needs a new bike

Hi Folks - I am new to the STL biking scene. I am helping some spoiled rich kids start a bike team at MICDS. Since they get everything else handed to them on a silver platter, I thought it would be appropriate to ask you, the cycling community, to donate some free gear.

We aren't asking for much. Any old carbon frames you might have laying around would work. Dura-Ace components would be great and we also need some race wheels.

Since the economy is tough these days and many of the parents have had to cut back on trips to the South of France and the ski chalet in Aspen we thought you would be interested in helping Biff, Charles and their classmates realize their humble dreams of riding in the Tour De France someday.

I was just speaking to some of the alumni the other day - Thirsten Howell & his wife. They thought that since they have been raping, pillaging and keeping the less fortunate down their entire lives, a few race bikes couldn't hurt.
