Subject: New to STL

Hello fellow "STL" Thrashers (I guess that's code for cyclists),

I am new to STL and cycling. I'm a young male (5'7/113lbz) that is somewhat new to cycling. I come from Idaho and am looking to join a team.

I am actually looking to join a women's team. I think that I have a lot to bring to women's cycling. I am not looking to be the most controversial cat4 or anything (l0l), but think it would be cool to be on Revolution. They have custom bikes! How cool is that!?

So anyways, I thought I'd contact you here on STLbiking before asking their advice. From the sounds of it they like to get together and practice a lot and share a lot of camaraderie (something I am in dire need of) and male exclusive teams just don't produce such an atmosphere. Just looking to make some long lasting relationships and tug my way up the 4's w/o the help of other men.

Thx in adv. for your input!

-Lex
