Damn, TK. Not only does your wife say she wants to jump in the Russ and Adrian train (ahem..) but she implies you haven't done shit for STL cycling.

Maybe instead of posting crap about the very people in our cycling community that make it possible for all cyclist and racers to enjoy our passion. You should find out the facts before spreading gossip.

I haven't posted anything on the site in a long time because how things can be taken to the extreme, but I can't stay quiet in the case. I wish that you could have the opportunity like I recently did to sit back and observe the people who truly care about this sport in our community. I had heard all the gossip and so called bad reputations people have, but when I was going through a difficult time in regards to this "community" I was lifted up by those very people that this site has said negative things about at one time or another. The people who really cared and saw my excited and passion for this sport, the people who day in and day out contribute to making this a great "community to belong too. If we all just think about the people that have dedicated all their time, heart and soul to cycling over the years, I'm sure many of you would realize how important these people are to our community.

So, I would like to thank Adrienne and Russ Murphy, Mike Weiss, PJ and Joe Walsh, Carrie Cash-Wooten, Dan Schmatz, Ralph Pfremmer, John Musselman, Michael Staenberg, John Merli and Mike Murray for all the hard work, passion and dedication you have given to the cycling and bike racing community in St. Louis for all these years! You should all be thanked because it's too hard to do what you do unless you truly love it.
