So, bored at work, I thought "who has the best franchise?" So, I went to 3 different web sites that have player rankings. From the 3 sites, I took each players's ranking and divided by 3 to get the average player ranking. Then, I took the 7 players for a team added the averages up and divided by 7 to give me the team's average player ranking. Here are the results:

1. Black Retrievers: 4.53 average player ranking
2. Oberlin Meatslappers: 5.94
3. Lightning Birds: 6.89
4. Harbor Rats: 7.58
5. Ravin' Maniaxx: 8.27
6. Rudy's Roar: 10.10
7. Bressler Violators: 10.61
8. Steel Terps: 10.67

9. Everybody's Rival: 11.39
10. Wage: 12.00
11. MILF Hunters: 13.28
12. DM Express: 13.42
13. Team Kyle: 13.39
14. Caucasian Sensations: 14.44
15. Skid Marks: 17.89
16. Steegles: 23.28

Other possibly interesting findings:

1. Retrievers and Meatslappers didn't have any players ranked lower than #15 at their prospective positions on any of the 3 sites.
2. Rats, Terps and Lightning Birds didn't have any players ranked lower than #20.
3. Of the 3 sites, they only agreed 3 times: Peyton Manning is the #1 QB, Antonio Gates is the #1 TE and Jason Taylor is the #1 DL.

Although I don't think there is much to these stats as it's just player ranking and doesn't account for points, schedules, bye weeks, etc., I find it interesting that 6 of the top 7 were playoff contenders last season and the top 2 had the most points/best records last season. Useless information? I don't know...I'm just a dog.
