It is a rule but one that is not heavily enforced in all the the CHL cities (it is actually a rule in the Dub as well but I am not sure about the Q). If she is lying then who cares, she knows she's a loser cause she has to make up shit. Is there really a need to starting arguing about something so stupid? Who cares...Our Knights are OHL and Mem cup champions!!! Go KNIGHTS Go!!!
