Hristo, mislq 4e 6te imam problem s povtorno zavur6vane na cikula ti za sila. V smisul sega sum na vtorata sedmica i ne6to me ponabolqva krusta ot murtvata tqga v subota. Neznam dali tehnikata mi kyca ili prosto e do6ul momentut v koito kilogramite stavat golemi i tqgata i klek si pre4at. Az mislq 4e e taka i smqtam da ponamalq tqgata po vreme na cikula. Eventyalno 6te vklu4a nabiraniq koito da natovarvat dopulnitelno gurba.

Taka sega 6te zapitam za tehnikata na kleka i tqgata 4e da si gi izqsnq vednuj zavinagi.
1.Klek- osven 4e ramenete sa nazad, lopatkite sa pribrani edna kum dryga, trapeca e stegnat, 6irokite grubni myskyli sa stegnati, krusta e stegnat, korema e stegnat, rucete stiskat losta, krakata bytat zemqta, klek na ravni6te ne po-nisko ot ravni6teto na kolenata ima li ne6to koeto propyskam (izklu4aq di6aneto).
