Vupreki tova, vpechetleniata mi ot purvata sedmica sa mnogo dobri. Kato kilogrami, predpisanite tejesti sa tochno na granicata na vuzmojnostite. Uprajneniata sa dobri. Za izolacia pravih close grib BP, sguvane za biceps (koeto sucks i go zamenih s dalech po yakite chinups), db rows(koito sushto zamenih s chinups)i straight arm pullover. Poslednoto uprajnenie e dosta dobro, no mi traybvaha 4-5 trenirovki za da go shvana i usetya.

Inache speicalno clean and press-a e super uprajnenie, kakto i zercher-a i front SQ - tia dvete udryat korem, ramene, kvadricepsi poveche...

Mislya da se zahvana samo s trenirovki za sila. Shte pravya nabirania tuka na losta v uchilishteto, ladder style. No shte gi pravya s malki pochivki, a ne kakto predi s 1-2-3 min pochivka. Shte gi pravya vse edno sum s partner: pravya 1, chakam malko(vse edno partnera pravi 1), pravya 2, chakam malko i t.n. Shte pochna i da pravya i pistoletcheta, handstand pushups(v momenta pravya 1)...Sushto taka pochnah da pravya koremnoto na lostovete, ama i tam sum zle(1 povtorenie)..V taya vruzka mislya tezi mi trenirovki da dovedat do nova statia za trenirovkite za otnositelna sila - experience, sets, reps, progression i t.n.
