Syshto neznam di si 4el vsi4ki lekcii , no tam pishe 4e nqma smisal ot uprajneniq za dolni i gorni gardi , toi muskula si e edin i formata mu ne moje da se promenq, tAka 4e obiknovena lejanka shte ti svyrshi perfevtna rabota. Ako pro4etesh vsi4ki lekcii syshto shte razberesh 4e nqma smisal ot izolirashti uprajneniq , zashtoto MUSKULNATA RADIACIQ (pisano e za neq v lekciite) ti pre4i da izolirash daden muskul kogato vdigash golemi tejesti (a samo taka se postiga uveli4enie na silata).
