Programata na Dan si e tejka kombinacai, no samo po-vreme na trenirovkata, sled tova se chuvstvam ok.
Za nai-dobri rezultati, pravya GOLEMI pochivki mejdu seriite - 3-5 minuti - i styagam maksimalno ruce, kraka korem, taz, vrat, vsichko - na vsyako uprajnenie. Taka e dosta trudno, obache rezultatut e super. Na na tretia den sled purvite dve trenirovki se chuvsstvah kato Bruce Lee :)
