ok first step find a button you want to use
second it allways starts with /bind then press the button you wish to use(note except the f keys you need to type them in)
next the command is 4 types theres
vsay for voice command like hi bye dynamiteplanted so on
say for a word or phrase the whole server can see
exec to exec a file
and last but not lease
say_team for command like saying recharging saying wot ur going next (note only same team can hear it oppentents cant hope that help you sakura and visit the news page on first page for some bind examplae to use
