Dear brother Bob, I love you man! In 1983 I was given your album (forgot the title) with "I Love You Lord" on it given to me by my christian girlfriend.I was a (non-practicing) catholic, and I wasn't born again. I listened to that 12" vinyl album everyday, I wanted to become a professional vocalist, and your vocals and riffs were awesome to me, and I incorporated into my secular gigs and engagements. Well in 1984 I joined the Army, and after training I went home on leave in preparation to go to Germany for my first tour of duty, and when I left for Germany January 1985 I took your album with me. 9 months later I got saved, with your music as my anthem to God's love for me. As the processions of life goes, I have gone through many phases of life which some didn't include living as a christian, but 2 years ago I thought of the affect your music had on me, not just in the 80's but when I went through hurtful divorce in 1991, and the song "stand" helped me in no small manner do just that. And today I am looking at your new web sight, and the joy which has obviously returned to you and can be experienced from this electronic media, I thank God for you, and I am about to buy some of your songs today, and the rest of then on another day. However, may God continue to bless you and to maintain your lot, with the lines falling to you in pleasant places, Psalm 16.
Your Brother in Christ,
Dwayne T. Moore
