All you have to do is throw the grenade near the tanker and quickly press jump and aim yourself at the tanker . Hopefully the grenade will explode and you will suffer a bit of damgage but you should be on top of the tanker , but not in the cutscene where the grenade blows . Hop in to join Ice and Corrupt .
