OK -- so Allyson and I have two ideas. Even if you guys don't like them, you can't say we didn't try!

1. (This one was Allyson's) - Everything you make has to have alcohol in it or have a tie in to be served specifically with alcohol. I have LOTS of recipes for everything from appetizers (think dips) to main courses to desert (my alcohol based specialty!).

2. (This one was mine, but I like hers better) - A take off on last years regional theme, we could do all English/Irish dishes. Here would be one resource for ideas: http://allrecipes.com/directory/861.asp
