Subject: Grandma's Birthday Plans

Mary, Kay and I met today and made some executive decisions on Grandma's little birthday bash. We will hold a dinner at FDRs on Feb. 18th. We'll be asking the surprise guests (the Hall cousins) to arrive around 6. We're telling Grandma that we're taking her for dinner with reservations at 6:30. We'll have the room in the back at FDRs. We'll have a choice of 4 entrees, more info coming on that this week. I'm in charge of doing up invitations. Shawn - I might need some photo scanning tips!

We decided we'd leave the Williams/Ryan grandchildrens in charge of dessert (see note below on that) and decorations and such. Kay is pulling together pictures, and we'd like to do something with them. Perhaps even get a slide show going on a laptop - won't that blow grandma away! Start putting on your thinking caps! As for dessert, I'm sure we'll have to purchase that through FDRs. Since Grandmas doesn't like cake, we're thinking a few pies.
