Anyone who cancel & not received the full refund? We went to their Shaw office to tell them we want to cancel during the so call 'cooling period' & the unhappy guy there asked WHY? WHY? We told him dat we are simply exerting our rights under the consumer guides. At the end he say the company will pay us back the full deposit, but unfortunately its not been done. We are goin to CASE to demand back the $$$, anyone want to join us?

Hi friends,

Same experience to me. I paid deposit of 3k through my

credit card. Next day I saw this form and cancelled my

agreement. They gave me a white photo copy slip stating they

will return the money in 90 days. I dont know how reliable

the document is. Can I go for case. Please advice.

Thanks,
