Give them full details. But one thing is for sure. You will get disappointed as they will say that the paper signed is a legally abiding document as they did not force you to sign and you signed with your own free will (not taking into consideration how you were psychoed into signing like I was!). The thing to do is to see what they can suggest for you to do. Like many have said in the forum, once you are in, it's difficult to get rid of it, unless you find a gullible person. The moral question now is, would you want someone else (the gullible person) to go through what you are going through? If you can sell it back to OT, fine, and if not, then you'll need to find a way to dispose of it. What you can do is to seek CASE's advise on the do's and don'ts. Maybe like do not pay for more maintenance fees. Maybe you want to consider it as a bad investment and let go of it, do not invest anymore into it (to name just a few). But do not expect a solution from CASE. Just something they can advise you, not for a solution, but I wouldn't say it's a way out of this either. You have been in it for 3 years now, you must have fully paid up by now. I'd hate to say this but I have to give it to you. You case is not as strong as mine as I had given the letter to them within the 3 days cooling off period. But there's a more professional body you can turn to at least, rather than myself. If I can think of another way, I will write in. If you have any friends in the legal arena, you may want to consult them rather than CASE, if you do not have friends in the legal society, then CASE is your best starting point. All the best. Date Posted: Thu, Mar 16 2006, 13:32:12 Naresh, Thanks for your advise. Hi All, Recently I requested OT to quote an air ticket price but I noticed the price is even higher than I check with individual airline website. I expressed dissatisfaction and the officer phoned me awhile ago. Prior to this, I did sent in request for quotation on Bali trip and Taiwan for past years. The rate was not impressed me at all and far behind the rate provided by other agencies. I feel very unhappy as they seems like twisted their words saying we can't compare to promotion rate etc. I would like to check with other "victims" whether want to meet up together at their office to confront with them? Unfortunately the customer service officer only available during weekdays. How about fix on next Thursday? You may write to me at meiing_pua@yahoo.com.sg to get contact. Thanks for your patience and hope to hear from you soonest. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
