Hi Chong_Ong,

the next best bet is to go to a lawyer and see what they can advise you on. But ask for a "free" session from the lawyer firm, so you don't have to pay them for consultation. Am sure most smaller firms would be glad to give you some advice. But of course if you want advice from "Drew & Napier" or "Lee & Lee" then you can forget about getting a free session. :)

I had bought a time share from World Resorts International Pte Ltd and have been paying yearly increases in management fees since. Please let me know how I should approach this problem.
I had been approached by Global Europ who claimed that they can terminate this by paying approx. S$7,500.
Please let me have your experience and what you are doing with the time share right now.
