I am a victim too! Paid up in full last year but have not & will Never pay maintainence fee! I tik they can't do anything if u dun start to pay.

btw, abt Crown Holiday Exchange Pte Ltd, I dun believe in this type of company anymore. Most of them are out to get out $$$!

I am a victim too!, it took me 5 yrs to pay it. since i had completed my payment, they asking me to start using their services right away since i had completed the installment and blab blab, i told them that i have the right to activate when i want to use and i refuse to pay any maintainence. i will just left it as it is.
just dont fall for this anymore.
