Hi, I have the same questions with Trey. Yesterday I also went to IRN try to cancel my membership but he also rejected. I told him that I faced some financial problems and going to jobless and this service is not suited me. The manager also replied that I can not cancel my membership as that time I have signed the contract. I've paid $1300 and monthly I've to pay $300. I only can start to use the package when I finished paid 50% of 12000. I wish to stop the monthly payment of $300 but he said I can not else they can send remind letter to me and can hire lawyer to sue me. I never get anything from them but I've paid $1.3, I just want to cancel and I don't mind loss certain amount of money. Just want to ask : any way I can cancel the membership? Thanks. Can send to my personal email?

I think if you do not pay your maintenance fee, all that would or should happen is that the membership would be repossess by the resort operator(not the marketing company). I think the resort company would not object if you wish to terminate your membership with them.
