My one is even year (red), cost me SGD 9,000, and have completed the installments in Feb 04.I just met with ATC and listened the disadvantage points of our old version timeshare program as well as want me to fork out another SGD 9,000. Again, want me to take up this offer immediately. I rejected, of course. I believe that there will be at least some justice in Singapore. Any legal action u have took against those conman? Could u pls update me on the progress of it? We might need to gather a protest pool to voice out and to increase our pressure to those sucker. Date Posted: Wed, Nov 17 2004, 0:10:12 To Sze Ho, Edmund and Tan Yes I been through the same process. I believed they lied that they had sent letters out to inform existing members of this change in plan only to tell you one day before the "expiry" date that they are making a special effort to meet us since we did not respond to their offer. I doubt they would meet members in a group. As usual, they try to use all means to make people convert their plan. For me it means forking out extra SGD 5K. I just told them I am not signing anything and eventually walked off. This is sheer madness at the brazen way they are continuing to con ppl to part with their hard earned money.
