I got my ERI package from Universal Privilege on july.. is the case still on? Is the collective action still on-going? I would like to join, any help is appreciated. Thanks... sigh

I, another ERI victim. I start on 2002 . Already pay 2k++. Thinking to terminate urgently. But when i talk to the person incharge they say we cant do that. Anyone can help or any way to solve this ? We really want to redress this but don know how ? Our payment will be full on next year if i not wrong, till there we need start to pay the yearly maintenance fee. We hate to do so, hope anyone can give advise or anyone hav experince to solve this problem can shave with us?
