Hi,

I guess the best is to find out how Yap's booking goes, since he already make one. Keep us updated, so at least we know something. Also, did they told you guys there's an agent that can sell our membership with 10% of sale price as the commision for the agent fee?

Hi Han,

I tried booking for my Bintan trip these few days and what i can say is i am not very happy with the service. So far i have been liasing with their CSO by the name of Wendy Loh. She is the only one dealing with all the bookings of hotel. I tried to book a 2nites stay in Bintan for the coming Vesek Day. Dat was on mon. She told me she would get back to me about the availability by this week but till now i'm still waiting. Tried to call her a few times and the last time was yday(31Apr) in which said she will call me about the booking by sat. She never called. Guess i hv to postpone my holiday trip since the last time she said that all the rooms are fully booked and i am in the waiting list. not sure is it true or not :(.
Btw if u guys wanna try booking for any hotels, beaware that their rates are in USD and i can tell u they hv ridiculous conversion rates like US$1 is SG$1.7 when now the market is US$1 is SG$1.6++ i wasnt happy and demand that i pay in USD and they allow me to do that. But since i couldnt confirm any booking i am yet to pay the $. will get bk to u guys about the outcome ASAP
