Simon, are u sure of what u are talking.

From the exchange rate issue to the whole sales procedure, this is a joke...

This company provides poor service and did not give 3 days cooling off period for its members during the take up of membership. This is unfair practice and not in accordance to regulation which is mandatory.

This company is just waiting to be sued. This company is a joke, the whole managment is from time-share background. In a court suite, all these will be revealed and publisized just like another previous case. Just waiting for someone to sue Discovery8 and I dun know what the GM and Director will do? Think the GM will be a scapegoat then...

Think it wont be too long to wait for the news.

CASE has confirmed this Co. is a time-share membership CO. who does not provide the required cooling off period.

Make sure you are provided with the 3 day cooling off period and insist on it. After the long sales talk, go exercise your rights.

My cousin was a victim and he signed up just sometime last month.
