This is the 2nd time the company re-invited us to attend and insisted that it must be attended by both husband and wife. In fact, when I asked if they are trying to promote to us the "time-sharing" membership. They told me not and even mentioned that in their invitation letter to us. The letter offer a Lucky Draw to win a brand new Toyota Corolla and in addition we will receive up to 7 night's luxury accommodation and an elegant real 4 diamond set watch. This is very tempting to anyone who fall for it. I just got the gut feeling that it must be a company promoting time sharing membership, otherwise the lady who called me asked not to play her out by not attending. So, I decided to check the company on the web and bumped into this site. Thanks alot as it confirmed it is in fact a "time sharing" company. I am definitely not going to attend for sure. Thank you and best regards, Albert [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: Sun, Jun 19 2005, 12:55:25 Hi Albert You sure one of the lucky ones not to be conned. This so call winning a prize full of crab. I was almost a victim once with my wife a couple of years back. Thankfully I did not fall for the trap and instead almost yank the hell out of the so called manager whom I was referred to when all else failed to convince me to part with my hard earned money. In order to avoid embarrassment with other potential victims around, they pacified me and rewarded me with a Isetan $40/- voucher. Now I always remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch. Sad to say these so called unscrupulous though legal still exist among the midst. Hope others don't fall into this predicament and be lured into parting with their hard earned money. Thank God this forum exist and thanks to the person who create an awareness through this website forum. Cheers !!! [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
