don't fall for it ... go to CASE and try to get a refund, esp if u sign up after Mar 04, when the FTA is in effect and Star resort did not give u notice of 3 days cooling off period

Hi,

I have a Star Resort membership and have not paid any maintenance fee since the Customer Svc offered not to activate our membership. Will be meeting them next Tuesday. They said they can help me to stop paying the annual maintenance fee.

The buy-back offer period is not up yet but I have doubts that they will buy back the memebership.
