Hi,
I would like to advice those in Singapore who like to invest of the timeshare, go for Malaysia timeshare such as Berjaya, Lenend Worldwide or Heritage. They are not a scam like LGM or others.

Roughly How much is the Berjaya, ,Legend timeshare? Don't intend to own one, just curious compared to what is charged by those other companies.

It varied among the hotel but it ranges around RM15K to RM25K for a period of 25 years to 35 years. You need to pay yearly maintenance of around RM$250 to RM400 and you are entitled to 7 nites stay. Some of these timeshare have deal with either RCI or II where you can deposit your week stay with them, but there would be exchange fees involved.
