I Just got suckered again after 4 years of signing up for full circle holidays marketed by oriental travel: I was told that I would incur liability with my current membership as Full Circle had broken ties with oriental travel?!?! My contractual terms state that if I keep up my yearly $150 payments for the next ten years I would be entitled to a recoup my original $10K that i used to purchace the Full Circle holiday scheme. But now due to this apparent breakup between full circle and Oriental Travel... Oriental Travel is trying to "help us" avoid liability as full circle is likely to require us to pay a monthly maintenence od $69 USD, add up to 1000 plus SGD per year....In order to have any chance to recoup my 10k I would have to buy a heavily discounted Viva Le Concierge membership... marketed for 38K but given to me at 8.8K, with potential for resale in jul 07.

I am still within the 3 day period... paid half of the 8K by credit card... now regret... going to try to get refund.

1) Tell them I want refund as still within 3 day grace period. If they refuse, will notify them in writing and fax report from police station/ lawyers office (witness). Will also make a police report to document to the incidents that have occured.

2) Lodge complaint with case and try to get advice on what to do.

3) Afraid to speak to media as worried about liability.

Any one has more informationnfor me please post message.
