Dear Victims of Aztex Int'l (or Aztex International),

I have spoken to CASE, 3 lawyers and a problem consultant and have been advised to gather as many victims as possible, so that each of us can submit an official report against Aztex Int'l IMMEDIATELY.

We have to file individual reports against the company. Please do so and reply on this blog to let us know if you have done it...

The more reports CAD receives, the more they will prioritize this matter. Otherwise investigations can take up to a year or more, as CAD has many cases piled up to investigate.

NOTE THAT...

In the meantime, Aztex staff is advising me to move the investment over to Universal Asset Group (UAG) as Aztex will close VERY SOON, and all investment will be lost. In return, a payout will be made over a period of 10 years to recover the invested amount (But note that it is a sum lesser than that invested!)

This contract is not up in its 18 months yet. This means that going through the small claims tribunal, that is, taking a civil action against Aztex is fruitless for now, UNLESS WE CAN PROOF A COMMERCIAL CRIME.

Please note that the below gives us reason to say that SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY, and so we need to get CAD to take action FAST before we lose all our money!

FACTS:

- Directors of UAG and Aztex are the SAME 3 individuals

- Paid up capital is S$100, and it is a PRIVATE LIMITED (if the company closes, it can be sued up to the full value of its assets; BUT the individuals might be forced to take personal liability in the event that there is proof of a commercial crime.)

- UAG and Aztex share the same office space and address

- UAG is listed with ACRA as a Business Management and Consultancy Services Pte Ltd (are they not in the WINE Investment business!?)

- Aztex is listed with ACRA as being located at Tanglin Shopping Centre (they are now residing at Suntec Tower 4)

- For this contract in question, part of the payment made for Aztex's service was by credit card on an installment basis. Monthly Bank Statements indicate UAG as the recipient instead of Aztex!

- For the new contract that must be signed to move the investment to UAG, it cannot be taken out of the office UNTIL IT IS SIGNED! This is the same practice for signing of the Aztex documents! This is a practice that is wrong.

CAD is already investing on the default of refunds. In this article, even CASE had twice invited Aztex to sign a Voluntary Compliance Agreement.

As of today, a report has been filed to CAD on the pending closure, the switching of funds, and potential dishonorable collaboration between Aztex and UAG.

PLEASE SEND IN YOUR REPORT so that we have more noise and hopefully this will move to a even higher levels as more are being cheated each day, and maybe the law and policies with regards to Timeshare and Leisure Leasing in Singapore will be stronger.

FOR NOW, you need to file a report so that CAD will prioritize this. I will call them up every 2 weeks to ask for an update - to chase them.

Sincerely,
Ean_g
