had an appointment with zealz last week. tempted to sign up.. thank god for all the feedback in the forums..

this time they claim that they have been appointed by WTO to manage a so called collective buyback from ERI time share holders..
like the rest of u.. the fees was exorbitant.. SGD24k !!
managed to reduce to SGD12k, but i told them that i had to consider, although they offered me an installment plan. this time , they called me again and would like to offer a significant reduction on the legal fees.

was wondering.. if any of u hv encountered the same scenario ..
