Do not be CON by this Emerald company who claimed that they are working hand in hand with CAD & CASE as I had received such a call last month. This lady name NADIA claimed as above mentioned and even told me that I do not have to pay anything just bring down the document so I made an appt with her then. Before I went down I actually went to CASE for enquiry and they told me there is no such thing that CAD & CASE are working with these so call CONs company in order to sell yr timeshare. They said there is so far no way you can sell away the timeshare. So guys out there pls dun believe any companies who call you n say they can help you to sell away yr timeshare or whatever reason in order to make you waste yr time going down talk to them. Take care!

I hope by now u realise that all these people professing to offer u help to off-load your timeshare & holiday club memberships are actually former timeshare and holiday club marketing consultants or people associated with them. These motley group of people never change. Once they know it is so easy to hoodwink people of their money, they get into these little endeavours to seduce desperate people who after realising the fruitlessness of these holiday dreams just want to get rid of them. Many of the victims become more desperate when the marketing companies threaten them with lawsuits for breach of contract. Like drowning people who clutch at straws these poor hapless victims often fall prey to these insidious activities by resale agents out to make a quick buck. The best way to return the favour to these crooks is PUBLICITY! Use every means to highlight to your friends, relatives and people u know about this; for those who are computer savvy, refer them to http://www.voy.com/161450/. The more people who realize that nothing is free in life, the better. People should be educated not to be tempted by free gifts and lucky draws; not to flaunt their credit cards; that the best way to holiday is still the traditional way - go see your favourite Travel Agent!
