Have anyone seek legal advise regarding termination and recovery for timeshare and holiday clubs ?

i checked with CASE and they are powerless after the 3 day cooling period.

i checked with my personal lawyers. they say because of the contract, they can't do much except help request for a termination at a penalty of cause.

but then my lawyers said that if we can gather a group of people say 50 or what then maybe our voices could be heard. anyone wants share the cost with me ?

i'm not sure how much until i know how many people interested.

My Lawyer is only able to do contracts from Emperor Holdings and LGM.
