Meaning in terms of voucher costs and rentals and etc.... I know Marriot's Vacation Club (time-share) spend extravegant amounts on marketing. Only when there are sales, these costs can be recovered. So the "Get Them Idea" is to go and attend and not buy. In this way, they will drain all their money on marketing and will soon be unable to operate, thus shutting down.
