] Date Posted: Tue, Oct 09 2007, 1:08:06 We have owned a Westgate timeshare in Florida for over 10 years and cannot sell it or even give it away. We live in England so cannot get over to Florida very often, as your laws in the USA are so different than here in the uk, what would happen if we didnt pay the maintenance bill, would westgate sue us as they are a huge company over there. We have a deed timeshare and willing to hand it back in,but they dont want it either. Would be great to have some information, feel a bit lost over here in England.
