This is a personal message to all membership owners,ESPECIALLY Gold Crown owners. My aunt owns a membership called Gold Crown which was bought a few years ago from a company called Oriental Travel.6 months ago she was contacted by a company called SM Tours in Chinatown. They promised a sale so my aunt paid an upfront of $2000 for admin purposes.A month later they called her and informed her that her membership was sold but she had to wait another 4 months to get her money.
4 months later they informed her that she could not get her money as she had no title deed like the rest of the Gold Crown.SM Tours further informed her other Gold Crown owners faced the same problem as hers. They also claimed that in order to get back her money she had to join their SM membership as converting it to theirs will enable SM Tours to rent out.
My aunt nearly had a fit on knowing that it was such a scam and they shamelessly asked for another 8 thousand dollars. My aunt wanted to report this to the police but we knoew it was useless.Therefor I am writing this in the hope that anyone who read this will help circulate this around so that nobody will get conned again. Please help to prevent this scam from going on to rob our hard earned money!
