] Date Posted: Mon, Dec 24 2007, 13:38:50 Back in May i bought a timeshare from westgates resorts and there was a verbal contract on if i gave them names that they would pay my taxes and maintence fees for the first year and then when i called them they had no record and i talked to the person that did the closing and he said to late because the sales person told me not to say anything to the closing person, so i talked to there customer service manager and she couldnt do anything either. So i get a letter in the mail a couple of weeks ago saying that on the contract they put the wrong insurance people on the contract but it doesnt effect my contract at all. so question can someone change the contract just like that and keep it active or would it be voided?
