has anyone received a laywer letter from them to ask to pay up for the amount? Would they really sue if I don't pay up?

Ignore the lawyer's letters.Could easily be made up by these scammers. They cant do anything to do. Stop paying money to a bottomless pit for something they promised- but cannot deliver.
