depends on what is written in your contract

when did u sign up? timeshare contracts after march 2004 are subjected to the consumer protection (fair trading) act

don't trust anyone, including me.

check with CASE for a 2nd opinion

Do you have intention of sueing LGM? I'm a victim just like you. Good thing is I requested them to write a letter with signature stating that we would only have to pay subscription fee if we use the services during the year and it is only to be $250. I realise it is now $330 and it would increase further. So far I have not paid up any fees and they can't do anything to me. In fact, I'm now considering to sue them for 'Misinterpretation' of the contract. Did checked with my lawyer and he told me my case is 80% high chance. Want to join force and share the load?
