Hi Patrick, you can pop by the CASE and see what they can advise you on. They also have a website that allows you to launch a complaint online. But you'll need to join CASE as a member before they'll take up your case for you.

My suggestion for you is to goto CASE and check out what your options are. Thereafter you can think over what you can or want to do. At this moment, don't pay CASE to be a member yet, cos all CASE does is only write to ERI on your behalf, and they don't have the power to force ERI to refund your $$ etc. What this means is that CASE and ERI will ding-dong mails to each other while nothing gets done. You might be better off looking for some legal means to settle your problems with ERI. Or maybe threaten to go to the Police, etc (but of course you'll need to have some evidence of their misdeeds).

Good luck.

Approach CASE to help you write to ERI to void the contract. However, be prepared to forfeit what you have paid out.
