] Date Posted: Fri, Apr 21 2006, 0:02:20 Hi everyone, Reading through a lot of posts and being in this timeshare thingy and wanting to get out myself, the common advice given here would be: 1. Stop paying immediately (Forfeit everything) 2. Refer to CASE (slim or no chances of refund) 3. Seek Legal assistance (slightly better chances of refund) Personally I would go with solution 3 although no refund is possible too but at least the whole thing comes to an end. Therefore could anyone recommend any law firm that has experienced dealing with timeshare? or can email me. I'm sure if more ppl are adopting this way, then chances of getting refunds would be higher, and all these timeshare companies would think twice again before they strike. Thanks again for any assistance given. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: Mon, May 01 2006, 19:32:48 Hi Eric, my lawyer's (Mr Justin Koh from TSMP Law Corporation) handling my lawsuit with LGM right now. My story as per following link - http://www.voy.com/161450/1802.html But I dunno if my lawyer can be considered experienced in timeshares or not. Cos am currently trying to hit LGM with the CPFTA. If you were cheated in a similar as me, perhaps you may want to consider joining me in my fight against LGM? So far, am not seeing many brave souls interested in a lawsuit. :( [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
