Any problems with Bluegreen's points program. Nearly every time I phone about contract or administrative matters I get told,"I need to transfer you to _________ office." Then I get cut off. None of the beguiling consultants at their sales office in Boyne, MI where I bought my timeshare, has ever accepted one of my phone calls. They are always "in a meeting" and never call back. I feel that I need a lawyer to tell me how to use the Bluegreen points and/or to keep from losing points once a year.
