To get out of their constant hard sell, always make yourself seemed tight on cash and in heavy debt(you flashed your credit card to them, so you can't tell them you are poor). If you don't have money, there is no way they can make you buy anything, how the hell are you going to pay for it if you don't have the money. Just say you have many installments to pay, long term credit card debts, family commitments, buying the membership will only get you into more financial shit etc, etc.. Hope this helps...
