I acknowledge that there was no foundation for the said allegations and I am satisfied that the statements made by me were wholly unfounded and baseless. It is now my desire to apologise and express regret to M/S Realty Consortium International Pte Ltd and its officers and to apologise to them for any embarrassment and inconvenience which may have been caused to them.
