] Date Posted: Sun, Jul 23 2006, 14:32:08 Last week, i recieived a call they says they r compiling all timeshare holders to claim bk money from timeshare co.. YTD i just went to Emerald Network Consultancy and paid 2.5k deposit and have to pay $250 for another 10 months but now kinda of regret after reading this... BUT they gave me a cooling-down period of 3 working days. meaning that i can cancel my contract with them in these 3 days. wat CONVINCED me are the lawyer firm. they really EXIST!!! But now i think bk, i feel like being conned again... So since we are already the timeshare victims, what can we really do if we want to terminate our contact and without get stuck annd paying the maintenance fee forever? Any lawyers that can recommend and good chance of fighting such cases? What are the costs like? I think we shall gather more victims to sue the timeshare companyies.. I kinda of sick to go round and round without getting resolve. And all the posts here are mostly complaint and no one realli have a good solution. I would like to gather more ppl and together we find a lawyer to take legal action against them... I can't take it anymore... Pls Help....
