So if you approach them ,they will most likely not agree to it. But fortunately you only paid $500. My suggestion (just my personal opinion) go see CASE and see whether they can take up your case for you first. If they are willing to try, then you may be able to cancel but not sure if you will get the $500 back. Your reason should be clear : eg, you felt that it was misrepresenatation during the sales.
