] Date Posted: Sun, Jun 12 2005, 16:45:05 In reply to: Wylie 's message, "VANASIA Consultancy" on Mon, Nov 17 2003, 17:45:15 I recently was called by Globel Europ to ask me to settle some $7000 outstanding payment which was actually terminated four and half years ago. I went there last Saturday. The office is located at #04-01 Maxwell House. I met with a senior marketing executive called "Nadya Salleh" (India lady) and a manager called "Hash" (India man). They brought out a contract I signed with Would Resort International in Jan 2001 and asked my to pay the $7000 outstanding payment. I told them this contracted was terminated four and half year ago, I don't owe anybody's money. What they requested was ridiculous. They told me WRI was closed down and they are taking over all the outstanding cases. As the contract is not cancellable, so whatever happened between WRI and me will not set me free from the contract binding. I still need to do a proper cancellation. They can provide this help to me at a cost of about $7k. if I refuse their help, they will take a legal action against me. I really don't know what to say. How come those people are so shameless and bloodless. I have already incurred a lot of lost for the cancellation four years ago, they just won't leave me along. Provide info here for reminding you from being conned again by this company. They are parent company of Vanasia. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
