I signed up with them in Dec 04, and have recently received a letter from them stating that they have an offer for my timeshare. But after deducting legal fees and commission (which are all NOT stated in the contract), I can only get back $2,200 for a $12,000 timeshare I bought from IRN/ATC. Make them commit in writing not just verbal assurance. I doubt they will give u one! I am surprised u can get so much! I personally feel there is something wrong here. Beware the trap! They will promise you that they will help to sell your timeshare at no less than 80% of your selling price. I could also help you to sell your timeshare at no less than 5000% of your selling price, if there is a buyer willing to make that offer. They also said that, they are able to sell your timeshare at "Up To" 80%(could also be 0.1% too) of your selling price within 3 weeks. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
