Hi,

My mum sign up for time shares many years ago together with my dad. Now the membership was transferred to me. Wrong Move!!!We did not mangage to pay up the rest, we paid about 6 k and 4 k outstanding. This happen basically we do not have enough cash and also RCI stop asking for payaments. This was becasue RCI was closed down. We heard about this becaseu 4 months agao we visted GlobaEurop when they offer to help to sell my time share.

But i scolded them when they cannot sell for me without me paying for the advertising cost. Even when i offer to not take back any cash and they can keep the profit they sell for my timeshare. I know something is not right!!

My worry now, will RCI of any company who takes over sue me for the balance??

Hi William

Please check again for yourself, are you very sure RCI closed? As of May 05 status, I know RCI office is still located @ PWC building off Shenton.

Facts:

1) RCI may have terminated their exchange programs with some resorts.

2) If you don't need RCI exchange programs, you don't need to pay them.

Don't trust lies....
